Renuka Gadde is the senior advisor of Clinton Health Access Initiative has 20+ years of work experience with BD which is a medical devices and diagnostics company. In her previous role, she worked with international agencies, thought leaders and governments to strengthen medical and clinical practices around the world. Renuka was also leading the Emerging Markets Injection Safety platform at BD. During this period, she interacted with several international agencies and governments and played a key role in the formulation of safe injection policies that protect the patient and health care workers.
