At Social Finance, Jane work revolved around developing and supporting an international network of collaboration partners and works with intermediaries’ foundations and others in an array of countries to support the development of impact investing and outcomes-based social finance. Jane was previously a Director of Governance and Company Secretary of a leading UK social investor. Prior to that she was a senior corporate and M&A Partner at a leading international law firm. Jane is a qualified solicitor.
