Geoff has more than 25 years of experience in medical humanitarian and disaster relief work. He has served as a front-line surgeon in multiple countries and led disaster response activities. He is also a senior health consultant at UNITAR. He also previously served as Director of Trauma services for the Northwest of Alberta from 2008-2016. Geoff attended medical school at the University of Toronto and completed his training as a General Surgeon at the University of Calgary in 2000.
