Head of Internal Social Policy, WifOR Institute
Sandra Zimmermann is the Head of Internal Social Policy at WifOR Institute. She has more than ten years’ experience in applied economic and social research. Her areas of interest are focused on macroeconomic labour markets, social policy, the health, and care economy as well as the impact of digitalization on the national economy. She is committed to translating the scientific findings of her project work into concrete recommendations for practical action. With her wide-ranging expertise, Dr. Zimmermann is responsible for a large number of projects for various players in the public sector and the private sector. Sandra Zimmermann is, among others, part of the German Association for Social Policy Research (VfS) and the German Association for Social Science Labour Market Research (SAMF).
