Dr Rudolf Henke
Rudolf Henke is a physician and politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) who has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2009. Since 1988 he has been a specialist in internal medicine. For instance, from 1988 to 2019 he acted as a Senior Physician at the Clinic for Hematology / Oncology at the St. Antonius Hospital Eschweiler; Board member since 1988 and President of the North Rhine Medical Association since 2011; 1989 to 2007 2nd chairman and 2007 to 2019 1st chairman Marburger Bund – Federal Association; 1991 to 2013 1st chairman of the Marburger Bund – regional association of North Rhine-Westphalia / Rhineland-Palatinate; 1994 to 2004 member of the social and health committee of the city council of Aachen; since 1995 board member of the German Medical Association. He has been a member of the CDU since 1992 and a member of the committees for work, health and social affairs and for innovation, science, research and technology.
