Head of Strategy and Business Development – Global Health Metrics
Kay Petrisor has been heading the Strategy and Business Development Department at the WifOR Institute since 2018. He combines strong economic understanding with research expertise in the fields of health and impact valuation. Together with his team, he applies scientific methods to translate macroeconomic data into meaningful insights.
His mission is to foster a shared understanding among companies, ministries, associations, investors, and funders of the value of health investments and the importance of sustainability indicators. To achieve this, he works on developing metrics that promote comparability and transparency – across industries and borders.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) and also serves as a business mentor, guiding dual master’s students throughout their project-based studies. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Universidade Vila Velha – UVV.
