Rays of Hope Initiative Coordinator, IAEA
Joelle was head of Project Management capability building at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation before joining Nawah Energy Company as head of Organisation Design and Manpower Planning and later as the department manager. At IAEA, Joelle works on the Rays of Hope Initiative, a program of Action for Cancer Therapy. Joelle holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in Program & Project Management.
