Senior Vice President of Research, Hevolution Foundation
HRH Princess Dr Haya bint Khaled bin Bandar Al Saud is Senior Vice President of Research at Hevolution Foundation, which funds researchers worldwide to advance geroscience and healthy ageing. She has worked extensively on the Foundation’s strategy, team building and the scaling-up of its operations. Before joining Hevolution, she held senior roles at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), as Director of the Saudi National Centre for Genomics Technology and as Director of the Saudi National Pre-Marital Screening Programme. At KACST she led the Saudi Genome Programme and other national projects. She holds a PhD in Genomics of Common Diseases from Imperial College London, a master’s in Genetics and Toxicology from McGill University, and a bachelor’s in Clinical Nutrition from King Saud University.
