Dylan is an international affair professional with over 10 years’ experience working for multilateral organisation. He has prior experience working with the organisation of American States before he joined the IFC. He later became a project risk management specialist with PAHO. Dylan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in international and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
