Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships, Access to Care, Siemens Healthineers

Claire is an accomplished Public Affairs leader, bringing an experience of over 17 years in global development and health. Committed to bringing quality healthcare to underserved communities around the world, she joined Siemens Healthineers in August 2022, where she heads the Global Strategic Partnerships team for Access to Care.

Prior to that, she managed external relations in several international organizations, in particular the Global Fund, leading on donor relations, and more recently in UNOPS, as Head of the Partnerships Development Unit. Claire is an enthusiastic and driven thought leader who has successfully built strategic partnerships, mobilized resources and designed financing solutions to accelerate health programs in the global south, working in collaboration with UN agencies, international financial institutions, donor governments and NGOs.

Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Claire is a French and Australian national and lives in Geneva with her husband and their giant dog, Ozy.
