Professor of Hematology, Paris-Sorbonne University, Former French Health Minister
Dr Agnes is a French hematologist, university professor, and medical practitioner. She specialises in hematology, cancer immunology, and transplants. Agnes previously served as the Minister of Solidarity and Health from 2017-2020. She spent most of her career as a professor and researcher at Paris Descartes University and Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital. In 2021, she was appointed as by Tedros Adhanom as his envoy for relations with other multilateral organisations.
